Please note that hotel accommodation of the 45th Aunnual Scientific Meeting will be moved to Aldemar Royal Mare instead of Aldemar Knossos Royal Village. These two hotel complexes are next to each other. The congress venue remains unchanged in Aldemar Knossos Royal Village. The room check-ins will be made in the Royal Mare reception, where all taxis and transfers will be forwarded there when one arrives to Knossos reception.

There will be a shuttle bus service between the hotel lobby and the conference venue. The distance between Royal Mare Lobby and Knossos Village conference venue is less than 3 minutes by shuttle. Covering this distance on foot is easy (5’-10’) and it is recommended through the beach path or the road above both hotels.

The hotel is located 25 km from the Heraklion Airport. The best option to get from the airport to the hotel is by taxi. It takes about half an hour and costs approximately €30-35. By taxi is then much recommended than by public bus connections.
