Thursday 28 May, 18:00-19:30 hrs.
Friday 29 May, 16:30-18:00 hrs.

Mounting and Removing Poster

• all posters can be mounted on Thursday 28 May between 08:00-10:00 hrs.
• they should be removed on Friday 29 May between 18:30-20:00 hrs.

Poster format

• the maximum size of the poster should be 110 cm (height) by 80 cm (width), portrait shape
• each poster board will be identified by the number of your abstract in the abstract book and programme book
• English-written tables, figures and text should be legible at one meter distance

During Poster Sessions
Poster authors or their co-author(s)/representative(s) must be present at your poster in order to answer questions from other participants and the members of the Poster Award Committee.

ESCI Poster Awards
The best 5 posters will be selected by the Committee.

Friday 29 May from 18:00-18:15 hrs.
